C.A.T. Desk Calendar
This calendar was developed as a fund-raising piece for the Cat Association of Topeka, a no-kill shelter in Topeka, Kansas. The individual calendar cards were sized to fit inside CD-style jewel cases that open up to form their own easels. Extra space on the press sheet was used for a series of notecards using similar photography.

We also provided the photography for these pieces. We photographed the cats in their rooms at the shelter, making use of the brightly painted walls to create a bold, graphic look.

Video Packaging
Michael Snell designed and illustrated this package for a video produced by the Love and Logic Press entitled, "Parenting Doesn't Have To Be Rocket Science."

Corporate Brochure
We developed this brochure for Clayton Financial Services to be used as the primary introductory piece for potential clients. The brochure is illustrated with metallic gold and black duotones of Sally Snell's black and white photography.

This brochure won Best of Show in the Topeka Advertising Federation's Addy Awards.

Brochure and Business Cards
When ETS Graphics opened a new digital printing division called Velocity Press, they came to Shade of the Cottonwood for a logo and letterhead package. The process colors of magenta, cyan and yellow were used throughout the materials to emphasize low-cost, four-color printing capabilities.

The branding proved so successful that ETS decided to adopt the Velocity name for the older divisions as well. the brochure was designed as an announcement of the name change.

Season Ticket Brochure
This is the annual sales piece that the Topeka Symphony uses to sell season tickets. The "Savor the Season" theme was carried out through the use of stock photography of food relating to the information being presented. For example, the basic information regarding typical concert procedures was represented by photos of bread and water - the basics.
